Live It Nutrition SMS Notifications Program

By opting in to the Live It Nutrition SMS Notifications program, you agree to receive text messages from Live It Nutrition regarding appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations. These messages are sent to help you stay informed about your upcoming nutrition appointments with Christine Kreins, RD, CSOWM.

Program Description

The Live It Nutrition SMS Notifications program provides automated text messages to clients who have opted in. Messages include:

• Appointment reminders for upcoming scheduled sessions.
• Scheduling confirmations when appointments are booked or modified.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. You will receive messages only in relation to appointments you have scheduled with Live It Nutrition.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Live It Nutrition is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device associated with that number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Live It Nutrition.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP to (775) 347-6737. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Live It Nutrition unless you opt in again.
